Treatment cancellation policy

Treatment appointments can be cancelled free of charge no later than one business day prior to treatment.

Same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the value of treatment. Treatments that have not been cancelled will be charged the entire value of the treatment.

All tariff rates are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend the price list information.

Payment methods: cash, bank/debit cards, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard, Amex, Diners, Smartum activity vouchers. Billing only to companies according to contract; invoicing charge €8.
